One  of them are the Technical Analysis!!  85% of a successful trade resides in chart analysis!! Then, we have others factors like, News, Partnerships, Merges, FDA Approvals, strong Fundamentals, Insiders, Options, etc., that will give the rest of the impact on the trade!!
